What Will You Do?
This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll set growth strategies, but you’ll also roll up your sleeves and execute campaigns, analyze performance, and make real-time optimizations. You will:
- Own demand generation programs tied to pipeline contribution and revenue
- Develop attribution models and dashboards to prove marketing ROI
- Partner with Sales to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion rates and accelerate deal velocity
- Run and optimize paid media campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other channels
- Write ad copy, build campaigns, set budgets, and A/B test creative
- Monitor spend daily and adjust targeting, bids, and messaging to maximize ROAS
- Execute keyword research, site audits, backlink strategies, and content optimization
- Implement AI-driven discovery tactics (AIO, AEO, GEO) to capture visibility in AI-powered search and answer engines
- Build and manage PPC campaigns (keywords, negative keywords, landing page alignment)
- Build and test landing pages in WordPress or other CMS platforms
- Set up and manage CRO tools (Hotjar, Optimizely) to test headlines, forms, and layouts
- Conduct UX audits and recommend improvements to reduce bounce rates and increase conversion
- Design and launch email nurture campaigns in HubSpot or Mailchimp
- Segment leads and apply lead scoring to qualify MQLs
- Support retention and upsell campaigns to maximize LTV
- Design structured growth experiments (hypothesis → test → learn → scale)
- Track KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnel conversion, attribution by channel)
- Build weekly dashboards and present insights with actionable next steps
- Explore and test additional growth levers including webinars, ABM, partnerships, content syndication, and industry events
What We Are Looking For – Industry & Background
- Proven ability to run B2B demand generation programs that directly impact pipeline and revenue
- Experience in Legal, Financial, or Securities sectors is a plus, but any background with demonstrated hands-on growth success is welcome
- Experience in a high-growth, execution-heavy environment is highly valued
A Bit About You – You Bring 3–5 Years’ Experience In:
- Running paid media campaigns end-to-end (strategy, setup, optimization, reporting)
- Turning SEO strategies into measurable traffic, leads, and revenue
- Building and testing landing pages, forms, and email campaigns yourself (not just briefing an agency)
- Using analytics and attribution to connect campaigns to pipeline and closed-won revenue
- Designing nurture flows and lifecycle campaigns that improve lead quality
- Applying account-based marketing strategies to high-value targets
- Hands-on experience with growth tools: Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, Optimizely, etc.
- Strong Excel/Sheets or Data Studio skills to build reports and dashboards
- Deep knowledge of evolving search and discovery, including AIO, AEO, and GEO
- Fluency in English; French and/or Spanish an asset
